Bring Books Across

How to open it

From the main screen press 7→L — that is the Utility menu, then L. Or press Alt+G from anywhere and start typing “Bring Books Across”.

What this screen is for

A whole set of books from your old accounting software — every year, with a report of what came across.

Its name, its menu letter and the line describing it are read out of Vertex ERP itself every time a version is released. That is why it cannot name a screen that is not there, or give a key that does not work — and why it says nothing about how to do a job. That is what the guides are for.
