If the software will not open

You cannot read a website from a computer that will not start the program, so the answers for that live on your own PC. Vertex ERP installs a second program beside it called Vertex ERP Support, with its own icon on your desktop. It tells you what is wrong with the machine, when your last automatic backup was taken, and lets you send us a message.

Inside Vertex ERP itself, 9→E opens Contact Support. It works even when your licence has lapsed or your books will not load.
